A Special Q&A Session with Elisabeth Jamison for Element Natural Healing Arts Community

Are you living with chronic pain that seems to have no clear cause?
Have you tried everything and your pain is still getting worse?
Wondering if there’s a connection between your emotional pain and physical symptoms?

We’re excited to offer Element Natural Healing Arts clients an exclusive Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with Elisabeth Jamison, MindBody Grief + Pain Coach and award-winning filmmaker.

Meet Elisabeth

Elisabeth brings a unique perspective to chronic painโ€”one born from both professional expertise and deeply personal experience. After losing both parents and several loved ones in quick succession, Elisabeth found herself not only navigating profound grief but also trapped in debilitating chronic back pain.

As an award-winning filmmaker, she had spent years telling stories about grief, suffering, and transformation for top networks. But when those universal themes became her lived reality, she discovered something that changed everything: chronic pain and unresolved grief are often two sides of the same coin.

Through her own healing journey, Elisabeth learned how to gently rewire her nervous system and began to heal not just emotionally, but physically. After years of debilitating pain, she is now completely pain-free. She guides others through their own lossesโ€”whether emotional, physical, or bothโ€”helping them rediscover safety, meaning, and joy in their bodies and their lives.

Elisabeth’s Approach

Elisabeth understands that chronic pain isn’t always about what’s structurally “wrong”โ€”sometimes it’s your brain doing too good a job protecting you. She helps clients gently retrain their nervous systems, making healing possible in ways that honor both the emotional and physical aspects of pain.

Her approach recognizes that:

  • Our society is both grief- and pain-illiterate, making the experience even more challenging
  • Healing doesn’t follow neat stages or anyone else’s timeline
  • You are not broken, crazy, or at fault for your pain
  • Recovery is about moving forward, not “moving on”โ€”in your way, on your timeline

How the AMA Works

Submit your questions about chronic pain and the MindBody approach to pain management.

Your questions will be answered thoughtfully and posted on Element’s social media channels, creating a valuable resource for our entire healing community.

Why This Matters

This matters because, regardless of the cause of your pain, your brain can significantly influence the intensity of your pain perception. This is the mind-body approach.

Elisabeth’s work addresses a crucial gap in pain managementโ€”the understanding that chronic pain and unresolved grief often intertwine. Her compassionate, evidence-based approach offers hope to those who feel trapped by pain that seems to have no clear physical cause.

Elisabeth’s insights can offer new perspectives and practical tools for your healing journey.
