How a Mindful Body Scan Can Help with Stress and Anxiety Management
When we are stressed, we carry it in our body as well as our minds. We might experience a familiar tension in our shoulders, or nausea, or a knotting feeling in our stomachs. We may be carrying stress and not even be aware of it.
A Big Rousing Element Welcome!
Over the years we are grateful to have such an amazing group of talented people. We are always thrilled to introduce new therapists and team members who have made their way to Element NHA! Let’s send them some love…
Walking a Tight Wire: Work/Life Balance
Back in the day before smart phones and laptops, or G-docs and Skype, it was easier to leave work at work. But now, the lines get very blurry very fast, creating tremendous stress and pressure to work longer hours, work from home, work during your commute … work all the time. Word: 2019
Every time a new year begins, all talk centers around to make resolutions or not to make resolutions. That becomes the question.

Baby Steps
This time of year, we all have grand aspirations for New Year’s resolutions. Expensive gym memberships, high tech kitchen equipment, stringent juice cleanses, and lofty philanthropic goals all start with great intentions but often morph into strangling guilt as the year marches on. But that doesn’t mean we can’t take bite-sized steps towards our new-year, new-you desires!!
New Year, Renewed Will Power
“Will power is trying hard not to do something that you really want to do,” said Frog.
“You mean like trying not to eat all of these cookies?” Asked Toad
“Right,” said Frog.
