Founded in December 2001, Element Natural Healing Arts is dedicated to providing care for those seeking to improve their health and well being through preventative healthcare and more natural approaches of medicine. Our mission is to address a wide range of health concerns for individuals at every stage of life by combining treatment, education, and lifestyle management. Our intuitive and knowledgeable health professionals tailor each treatment to suit the needs of each individual patient.
Our practitioners have a range of specialties, but not limited to, women’s health and infertility, prenatal, and postnatal care, pain management, sports medicine, mental and emotional health, gastrointestinal support, urogenital health, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular disease, sleep disorders, ENT conditions, neurological issues, and respiratory health.

The Honor of Elder Care
There are many aspects of my job that I treasure. I feel a great deal of responsibility for all the people I treat. I see a myriad of different patients with different health conditions, but I am the most touched and moved by my elderly patients, who tap into a very deep well of compassion in me. When elderly patients give me their time–for their time might be the most precious, the most limited–I am honored. Listening to an elder recite the aches, pains, diseases, or the progression of an infirmity is not easy, yet the listing of the losses, the sadnesses, the joys, and the triumphs becomes a representation of a lifetime of experiences.

It’s that time of year when the dreaded dry, tickley cough can attack when we least expect it. This cough is like no other run-of-the-mill cough. It can bring tears to the eyes and feels a bit like torture. When it explodes from your body, it’s loud and hacking. If you’ve had children, beware… those Kegel exercises sure come in handy!
