During this time of year when the days are shorter and nightfall comes earlier, many people are affected by a seasonal depression. SAD, or seasonal affective disorder, affects more than 10 million Americans. Seventy-five percent of those who suffer from SAD are women. SAD generally starts in October or November and can last until spring.

This revealing exhibition may not be for everyone but if you are interested, it is both fascinating and educational.

Believe it or not, the temperatures will start dropping as the seasons finally shift to fall and winter, which means that cold and flu germs will spread easily in classrooms, subways, stores, and offices. There are many ways to boost your immune system and ward off pathogens, but the best solution of all may be the simplest: WASH YOUR HANDS.
