Founded in December 2001, Element Natural Healing Arts is dedicated to providing care for those seeking to improve their health and well being through preventative healthcare and more natural approaches of medicine. Our mission is to address a wide range of health concerns for individuals at every stage of life by combining treatment, education, and lifestyle management. Our intuitive and knowledgeable health professionals tailor each treatment to suit the needs of each individual patient.

Our practitioners have a range of specialties, but not limited to, women’s health and infertility, prenatal, and postnatal care, pain management, sports medicine, mental and emotional health, gastrointestinal support, urogenital health, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular disease, sleep disorders, ENT conditions, neurological issues, and respiratory health.

Today, it’s the most scientifically studied form of exercise. Walking is as natural as eating, breathing, or talking — our very physiology is specially designed for it. Unlike most (non-hooved) mammals, our entire foot makes contact with the ground when we walk, starting with the heel, then rolling to the ball of the foot. This helps spread out the impact and pressure of walking, enabling us to continue for long distances. Most other mammals’ feet have evolved to running quickly and effectively.
