Chrysanthemum
A natural coolant.
Ingredients: Dried chrysanthemum flowers, honey (optional)
Add chrysanthemum flowers to boiling water. Let the mix steep for 5 minutes, add honey, and enjoy!

Chamomile
A great way to topically treat inflammation, chamomile is also used to calm the mind and body, in addition to helping with sleep.
Ingredients: Whole fresh chamomile flowers (or a chamomile tea bag), honey (optional), fresh lemon juice.
Add chamomile to boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes, strain, stir in honey and lemon juice. Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon slice.

Rooibos
A caffeine-free red tea with antioxidant properties.
Ingredients: Dried rooibos leaves, freshly squeezed orange juice, club soda. mint leaves, lemon slices, honey (optional).
Bring water to a boil. Add in rooibos tea. Let steep for 5 minutes. Add honey. Add freshly squeezed orange juice and club soda, garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices for a delightful summer beverage.

Mint
The cooling menthol in mint makes it a perfect cooling summer drink. Mint is also known for its digestive properties and can help with indigestion, nausea, and gas. Add a little peppermint to cool the body down even more.
Ingredients: Fresh mint, peppermint (optional), green tea (optional for an extra energy lift) honey (optional), 2 lemon slices.
Add fresh mint, peppermint, and green tea to boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes, strain and stir in honey. Pour over ice and garnish with a couple lemon slices.

You can modify the ingredients in these recipes to use hibiscus, lemon balm, and fruit flavored teas (including black, white, red, and green teas).
