To prepare yourself for a good night’s sleep, try a little head and face massage, starting on the scalp and working behind the ears, across the forehead, around the eyes, over the jaw, the cheeks, and then the chin. Next massage the entire exterior of the ear, from inside the outer portion and along the back, as if you are rubbing a coin between your thumb and index finger. This helps relax the head and face muscles so that you can enjoy a deep, healthy sleep.
