The gathering of friends and family as this holiday season approaches can be both exhilarating and tense. It’s always lovely to see those we love and admire. Good food, good times, and good company can translate into many good memories. We are fortunate to be able to record such events so easily with our phones. Take time to print a few of your favorites to hold near and dear. Don’t forget to back up and save your precious memories.
Also be present in the moment and enjoy what you see and feel. Life is short and these days will be just memories soon enough. Journaling is also a wonderful way to preserve feelings, memories, and, experiences. This fall, pull out a pen and paper and record your thoughts. If you are prone to depression journaling can also be beneficial. Friends, family, food, drinks, memories–hold these experiences close to your heart. Life is good.
