Come get a couples instructional massage with me or another senior massage therapist at Element. It may seem like massage is intuitive, and some of it definitely is, but we can share our education and expertise to help hone your own massage skills. In ninety minutes, you and a partner will have a chance to give, receive. and learn the basic strokes of Swedish massage. You’ll learn proper body alignment, proper pressure, and the areas to avoid. It’s also a fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon, after which you will get to take your newfound knowledge home with you to practice on your own!

Jenny is NYS Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2003. Her integrative massage style blends deep tissue and connective tissue therapies to restore balance to the body and relax the mind. Jenny specializes in focused massage work based on the client and their particular conditions and especially enjoys working with those who have pain related issues of the hips, back, and neck where she can help bring significant pain relief.
