Winding down and looking back, 2015 was full of some great moments and progress as well as sadness and worldwide pain. May 2016 bring inspiring changes and more peaceful times.
Personally, my life was consumed by a new baby in March. As all new mothers know, the months following birth can be a blur. For myself, I am looking to 2016 as a year for personal growth, maintaining a family of peace and happiness, and embarking on some career adventures, while maintaining health and wellness. Preventative care is essential. Exercise, massage, meditation, and acupuncture (and yoga and Pilates, if I had more time!) as well as proper hydration and nutrition all play their part in a happier and healthier person.
Spending some time on yourself is a very important investment. The new year can stir the desire to better oneself, hence goal setting and New Year’s resolutions. Make sure to include health and wellness in those resolutions!
Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2016.
