There are 5 main areas to focus on to treat headaches: eyebrows, temples, above the ears, jaw, and base of the head.

There are 3 main points along the eyebrow: inside, middle, and outside. Press in and massage for 10-30 seconds.
You can massage the temple area for 10-30 seconds.
There is a spot where the ears attach to the head. Apply moderate pressure and massage in medium circles for 10-30 seconds.
With all four fingers rake up and down on the scalp above the ears addressing the temporalis, a muscle above the ears.
The area of the temporomandibular joint can hold a lot of tension. When your mouth is opened, you will feel a boney protuberance come to the surface and when you close your mouth, it disappears. You can massage that point, circling down about 2 inches.
Lastly it important to address the base of the head. Press firmly into the base of your head starting just under your ears. Press in, hold, and massage firmly in a circular motion.

Move slowly across the base of your neck. Cup your hand and palm and grasp the neck. Hold for 10 seconds moving down your neck to the top of your shoulders and repeat with your other hand.

Also LI 4 is located on the highest point on the web between your thumb and index finger. Press in and massage for 10-30 seconds.

Following these instructions should help your headache!
