Some food plans she can focus on include:
Core Food Plan– basic understanding of nutrition and relationship with food.
Cardiometabolic Food Plan– food planning for those with heart disease, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol.
Phytonutrient Spectrum– for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, to lower inflammation, support immune health, heart and vessel health, brain health, and estrogen metabolism.
Elimination Diet- to help with those suffering from digestive issues, headaches and migraines, chronic sinus concerns, low energy, depression, mood swings, skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, joint aches, asthma, weight gain, and more.
Detox Plan- To help one’s metabolic detoxification process due to toxic environmental exposures, bacteria, heavy metals, chemicals, post dental restorations, as well as for those with imbalanced levels of sex hormones such as estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone.
AntiCandida- for those with intestinal candida overgrowth, persistent yeast infections, thrush, those who may have taken broad spectrum antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors (stomach acid reducers), steroid medications, chemotherapy, have diabetes, high sugar diet, smoker, or those with a weak immune system or an immunodeficiency.
Low FODMAP- For those suffering with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), and some inflammatory bowel diseases.
Mito Food Plan- To help improve energy levels, address brain fog, and reduce pain. Mitochondria dysfunction can be associated with diabetes and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease).
