Lemon Balm — also a member of the mint family, used in tea form or essential oil form for stress reduction.
Magnesium — a mineral that works on many aspects of the body for calming and relaxation, in addition to being the 4th most abundant mineral in the body.
Meditation — used to find inner peace, calmness, and balance.
Acupuncture — affects hormones to decrease the body’s stress response.
Exercise — reduces stress hormones and stimulates endorphins to help with relaxation.
Adequate Sleep — affects hormones that are beneficial for stress reduction.
Hydration — affects adrenal glands and overall hormone function.
