Candy Canes In Blue ContainerTake time to appreciate the holidays. Let’s face it, pretty sparkly lights are beautiful. Who doesn’t like mistletoe, snow globes, and the smell of evergreens on practically every street corner? And let’s not forget the eggnog and all the treats that we should probably skip but may occasionally indulge in. Ahhh.. the year’s finale.

Take time to be present in the moment and enJOY this holiday season.

Being with family and friends can both be comforting and stressful (we all know that from experience!). None the less, it is a time to reJOYce and be grateful, find peace in that which surrounds us. Even during times of distress and tragedy we can only hope for better times and move forward to a new year.

Drop your shoulders, take a breath, disconnect from your phone, and take in all the beauty this holiday season has to offer.

The new year is almost here.
