Recently we sent out a survey with a list of questions. All the tremendously positive feedback made us feel great! Hearing from you helps us understand what the community wants and needs. We loved hearing that so many of you like the newsletter!

A few people expressed concerns about the “expiration” of our gift cards. Our gift cards, in fact, never expire! They simply go inactive after a year, so we charge $10 to reactivate the card for each 6-month block of time thereafter. So try to use it within a year of purchase, but don’t despair if you forget! Bring it in and you will be able to apply it to the service of your choice, with the caveat of the fee we’ve described.

We got other questions about our community involvement. We participate in many community events. Some we do on-site, giving treatments, while others we contribute through a large number of gift card donations. We have been involved in several teacher appreciation celebrations, showering the hard-working teachers with massages, facials, reiki sessions, and yoga in the comfort of their own school! For a range of other events, we’ve provided treatments to benefit NYC homeless women, women living in transitional housing, and domestic violence shelters. We are honored to do our part to make a difference!

Many encouraging comments praised the quality of our therapists, staff, and the range of services we offer. Lots of you revel in the relaxed, calming atmosphere and cleanliness. Of course, we are very proud of the many “neighborhood gem” comments!

Please know we care passionately about our community and strive to deliver quality treatments in a nurturing environment. And we hear you: it would be ideal to offer a quiet space to relax in, after treatments, with locker rooms, steam rooms, or showers. Alas, it’s a classic Brooklyn problem: there is simply no space. It’s always on our wish list, though, a motivation to purchase lottery tickets!
